Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions founded by Rod Meyer
Received first international order

2015

First CT system order received
1st facilities expansion more than doubled manufacturing capacity

2016

Installed first High Energy System 9 MEV
Unveiled “Benchmark” product line (standard DR and CT systems)

2018

Released first version Pinnacle’s proprietary PiXS DR Software

2019

2nd facilities expansion for new sister company called PiXL: Inspection Services division
3rd Facilities expansion for our Welding & Manufacturing shop for our manipulators, cabinets and Vaults

Altus Capital Partners acquires Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions and paves the way for aggressive growth strategy

2023

Move to new 55,000 sqft location in Duluth, GA

Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions acquires Willick Engineering

Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions, LLC, a manufacturer of non-destructive testing and inspection (“NDT”) systems, is proud to announce the acquisition of Willick Engineering Co, Inc, a supplier of nondestructive testing (NDT) X-ray equipment and provider of related services to the military, aerospace, and medical device sectors,
headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
