Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Keeps customer and Sales apprised of project schedule and schedule changes.
  • Insures project scope changes are communicated to customers and internally (PXS).
  • Insures that upcharges are communicated and passed on for scope changes.
  • Verifies that releases (mechanical, imaging, software  and electrical) are on-time and complete.
  • Tracks and maintains project schedules.
  • Manages overall project documentation
  • Tracks all project deliverables; System components, fixtures, documentation, meters, calibration fixtures, etc.
  • Manages project risks; what’s likely to be late, what can be substituted, etc.
  • Supports customer Factory Acceptance Testing on-site at Pinnacle
  • May coordinate with PiXL for application, system and product testing
  • Supports as a Quality Control function with Mechanical, electrical, and software integration for any gaps prior to system buy-off
  • Works closely with purchasing on timelines, and scope creep for supplier product
  • Monitors project costs and time.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders and reports to them on a regular basis
  • Ensures projects remain on schedule, within budget and in scope
  • Creates, manages and distributes project communications, including charters, schedules and budgets
  • Develop project controls and risk management procedures
  • Resolves technical and operational issues
 
  • Qualifications: US citizen, valid driver’s license, US passport. PMP certification is great, but a collaborative personality is even more important
    MUST be able to communicate with all team members professionally, particularly shop floor personal, in a constructive, respectful manner.

Mechanical Technician

  • Responsibilities: Assemble, install, and maintain robotic, industrial X-ray systems. Troubleshoot custom designs and systems. Redline mechanical drawings.
  • Qualifications: High School diploma or Associate Degree, 2 years’ experience, able to read and implement mechanical drawings, US citizen, valid driver’s license, US passport, mechanical aptitude.
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k w/ company match, 15 days PTO, 25% travel.

Electrical Technician

  • Responsibilities: Assemble and integrate equipment, perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, support customer installations, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to technical support calls, redline electrical schematics.
  • Qualifications: High School diploma or Associate Degree, 2 years’ experience, able to read and implement electrical & mechanical drawings, US citizen, valid driver’s license, US passport, electrical aptitude.

Scanning Service Technician

  • Responsibilities: Perform digital X-ray (DR) and Computed Tomography (CT) inspection services. Create written directions and standard industry practices for paid services. Provide demonstrations of equipment and software to customers. Apply X-ray principles to yield efficient high-quality results.
  • Qualifications: Enrolled in/or obtained a 2-year degree in Non-Destructive Testing, Quality Assurance, or technical degree, 1-2 years’ experience, experience with resolving technical issues, experience in X-ray systems, Volume Graphics, Geomagic, and Webex a plus.

Welder

  • Responsibilities: Perform welding and fabrication of weldments, panels, and cabinets. Read and understand drawings, blueprints, and CAD. Verify finished work to meet tolerances. Extensive MIG welding knowledge. Redline drawings and CAD to provide feedback to engineers.
  • Qualifications: High School diploma or Associate Degree, 3-5 years’ experience, able to read and implement mechanical and fabrication drawings/CAD, US citizen, valid driver’s license, US passport, mechanical aptitude.

Mechanical Engineer

  • Responsibilities: Conduct testing and validation of mechanical systems. Utilize SolidWorks to create 3D models and perform virtual testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Create detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and models using CAD software.
  • Qualifications: Trade School, Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, 3 years’ experience minimum, proficiency in SolidWorks, strong mechanical aptitude, machine design or automated equipment experience preferred, US citizen, valid driver’s license, US passport.

ELectrical Engineer

  • Responsibilities: Provide robust electrical design for our custom our x-ray systems which include stand alone, cabinets, multiple axes for vaults, single-dual robotic vaults, existing vault upgrades. Design and prepare electrical drawings for integration of system components which include power distribution, safety control, axes control (rotary and linear encoders), robotic control-safety, x-ray control-safety, PLC controls (part handling, door control, safety logic) and lighting. Prepare bill of materials.  Manage electrical suppliers which provide CAD electrical drawing generation and electrical panel production. Work with suppliers to make sure they provide quality inspections on critical dimensions as per drawing. Servo motion control including drive configuration and axes tuning. Calculate required customer supplied power requirements. Closely interface with manufacturing to support product assembly, testing, troubleshooting and installation. Interface with project management to ensure projects meet schedule and delivery requirements. Work on multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Participate in internal system design reviews.  Provide design and technical support throughout product lifecycle.  Work closely with mechanical design and operations team. Customer support for electrical technical issues. Collaborate with other engineers to develop innovative solutions. Minimal travel is required for on site installation of larger vault systems.
  • Qualifications: EEBS or Associate Degree, 3 years experience , able to to read and implement electrical drawings for system integration, US citizen, valid driver’s license, US passport.
