Inline Systems

Inline inspection is commonly understood as inspection executed within a manufacturing process. If the inspection is separate from the manufacturing line then it’s deemed as being offline. Typically offline inspection necessitate the products being removed from production process or production line, inspected as a discrete operation, with inspected parts either returned to their next production operation, discarded or identified as finished inspected parts.

In modern production environment the need for integrating the different processes is high. Quality control has become an integral part of production for years. X-ray inspection is no exception and Pinnacle can provide custom solutions to interface with existing or new production systems. Whatever the solution might be, 2D X-ray or CT our systems can be integrated in the production flow.
