PXS-RDM (Robot Detector Manipulation)

Most flexible solution is to have 2 robots allowing for variable focus detector distance and position the detector to places that would not be possible with any other solution. Typical application for this solution is when parts are large or it requires independent movement of the detector to reach location to optimize for best X-ray beam path e.g. single wall shots.

Large and complex parts that require non-destructive X-Ray testing often have many positions and single wall shots. This can take a long time with traditional film or CR techniques. With DR and this dual robot solution the inspection time can be drastically reduced. All results will be stored electronically for evaluation and long term storage if required.
