Product line XC offers exchangeable tube heads. The X-ray tubes of product line XC are recommended for computed tomography (CT) and highest resolution (HR) inspections in science and research. Due to exchangeable tube heads with automatic tube head recognition, an ultimate tube power of 350 Watt / 240kV (reflection tubes), and a JIMA resolution of 0.9 microns (μm) (transmission tubes) these X-ray tubes provide a paramount flexibility for versatile applications. Additionally, different target materials (Cu, Ag, Mo, Cr) are available.
